Right now, we are entering a period of dramatic transformation like the world has never seen, a time of dramatic change that will make the industrial revolution look small. Digital technology has changed the world, but we haven’t seen anything yet. Buckle your seat belts; the best is yet to come. This is an awesome time to be a young professional; a time when the boundaries between the physical, the analytical and the virtual worlds are disappearing because of advances in digital technology. I will talk about a vision of how the next great phase of technology advancement will impact the world and how young professionals entering the workforce can prepare to use their talents to make a real and lasting impact on the world.
